THE IMPORTANT POINTS IN WELDING
* Install the welding machine with suitable welding tools.
* Switch on the welding machine. Light indicators will be turned on.
* When the heat indicator light turns off, the welding machine has reached to welding heat (260°) and will be ready for operation.
* If the welding tools, pipes or fittings are dirty, please clean up them with a clean piece of cloth and alcohol-water mixture.
* Place the pipe and fitting to the suitable tools. After waiting for the specified time for the diameter of the pipe, which is shown in the table below, connect the pipe and the fitting without turning. Cooling the welding area will be taking 5 minutes. Please do not interfere to welding area during this time. Water installation will be ready for use after 1 hour from welding operation.
